South Kirkby Renaissance Brass Band
Jon was delighted to be invited to meet the South Kirkby Renaissance Brass Band recently to hear about what they do and support their impressive work in the area. They have been going for a couple of years now and are trying to get more people involved in Brass Band music for enjoyment and pleasure, without the pressure of being entered into comptitions.
They are also keen to see the music traditions of the community continue and to date, have trained 18 people in the area.
