MP wants to ensure all constituents get a Second Chance

Jon met Hemsworth resident Mr Stead to discuss the Second Chance Brain Injuries Unit Mr Stead attends in the grounds of Pindersfields Hospital. The charity is threatened with losing its premises as the grounds of Pinderfields Hospital is re-developed. Mr Stead explained to Jon the benefits he received from attending the Unit and how his quality of life had improved with his involvement with the project.

Jon Trickett has already raised the issue with the Secretary of State, as well as Trust and Council Officers and will continue to campaign for the Unit to find a sight within Wakefield where it can continue the excellent works it undertakes.
